Engagement
Hack the Box is one of the primary ways I stay engaged with cybersecurity. It serves as a cybersecurity performance platform, and I’m currently enrolled in the Hack the Box Academy. Through the academy, I take lessons and apply the knowledge I’ve gained to real-world scenarios, testing my understanding and skills. I am actively working towards my Certified Defensive Security Analyst (CDSA) certification through the academy.
In addition to the academy, I participate in Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges hosted by Hack the Box, where I tackle various security challenges. I also engage in Sherlock challenges, which, like CTFs, are focused on cybersecurity but are tailored more towards the defensive side.
Through my time at university, my current role, and my extracurricular activities, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of tools.
